SF Historic

In early 2012 Farallon was awarded a highly competitive contract to remodel a historic Pacific Heights home (built in 1872) into an expanded single-family residence. Scope included: elevating the house four feet to allow for a new excavated garage with foundation, full seismic (structural steel) retrofit, and an entire new third floor addition. With all finishes stripped to the studs, the Farallon team built a state-of-the-art kitchen, 4 bathrooms, a wine room, entertainment room, installed hydronic heated floors, and weaved a new brick façade to match the existing front elevation.
